About
We are building the tool we kept failing to assemble.
Yesroll combines invitations, time-slot booking, signup sheets and surveys into one application, priced on the volume of responses you collect rather than the number of people on your account.
The observation behind it
Four different products — Evite, Calendly, SignUpGenius and SurveyMonkey — sell four different categories. But they all produce the same object: a person saying yes to something. An RSVP is a yes. A booked slot is a yes. A signup is a yes. A survey response is a yes.
Once you notice that, the four-subscription stack looks less like four products and more like one product that was never built. Yesroll is an attempt to build it.
Why the pricing is the product
Most coordination software is billed per seat. That works for the vendor and fails for the customer, because the people who need this software are committees, clinics, schools, clubs and small teams — groups with many nominal organisers and very few active ones. Per-seat pricing charges them for chairs rather than for work.
We meter the yeses instead. The consequences are deliberate:
- Adding an organiser is free, so you never ration logins.
- A quiet month costs you a quiet month’s worth.
- Our revenue grows when you are getting value, not when your headcount grows.
What we are not
Yesroll is not an enterprise survey platform, an applicant tracking system, or a full CRM. We are aiming at the common core of four everyday jobs, done well and cheaply, rather than the deep end of any single one of them.
Status
We are opening Yesroll in stages through early access, so that the meter, the exports and the guest experience are proven on real rolls before they are proven at scale. The fastest way in is the early-access list.
Who runs it
Yesroll is operated by SIMINO LABTEST PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India. Reach the team at hello@yesroll.com, or see theterms and privacy notice.
